Ovarian Cyst 

Simple ovarian cysts are very common , they don’t need intervention and we just need to follow up to make sure they have disappeared . Complex Ovarian cysts can be dangerous and we need to rule out ovarian cancer which can happen at any age even before puberty .
sometimes when simple ovarian cyst rupture to go away they cause pain , discomfort and bleeding inside cyst . we call it hemorrhagic cyst and just needs pain killer and observation until it goes away by time .
